Enquiry
Share your market, project and expected quantities. We reply with catalogues and a shortlist of suitable designs.

Samples
Physical samples of your shortlisted designs are sent for approval, so colour and finish are confirmed by eye.

Quotation and Order
Prices, packing, shipping terms and delivery dates are set out in a proforma invoice for your confirmation.

Production and Inspection
Your order is produced and every batch is checked for shade, size and surface quality against the approved sample.

Packing and Loading
Tiles are packed in export cartons on pallets and loaded to a plan that protects edges and uses the container well.

Shipping and Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading are shared ahead of arrival.

Yes. Send your shortlist and destination and we will arrange physical samples of each design.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
We quote FOB or CIF to your nearest port. Other terms can be discussed with the export team.
What documents come with a shipment?
Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading, plus any further documents your destination requires.
How long does an order take?
Lead times depend on the designs and quantities you choose. They are confirmed in your proforma invoice before production begins.
